In DPPX/DTMS, a data base that is recoverable from data inconsistencies caused by system failure, If a repairable data base has been made inconsistent because of a system failure, DPPX/DTMS invokes DPPX Base services to repair the inconsistency. An inconsistent data base is one whose index data set records do not accurately point to records in the target data set.
